Why Staging Matters
There is never a good time to look bad on the market.
The National Association of Realtors® (NAR) survey found that the longer homes stay on the market, the further their price drops.
Once staged, homes spend an average of 73% less time on market.
NAR’s report found that 23% of buyers’ and sellers’ agents said that home staging raised the price offered between 1% and 5%, compared to similar homes that hadn’t been staged.
Nearly one-third of listing agents (31%) reported that staging significantly decreased the amount of time a home was on the market.
